Breaded Chicken Fingers

Ingredients for Breaded Chicken Fingers

  • Chicken Breasts - 1/2 KG (Bone less)
  • Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2 tsp
  • Egg - 2
  • Paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Canola Oil - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt

Preparation of Breaded Chicken Fingers Recipe

First clean and cut the chicken breast as long stips..

Add salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper powder on chicken stripes. Allow them for 20 minutes.

Take another bowl, add egg, milk and parmesan cheese. Beat them well.

In another bowl take the bread crumbs.

Also take the all-purpose flour in another bowl.

Now take 1 stripe of chicken dip in the all-purpose flour, then shake the excess flour.

Then dip into the beaten egg mixture all sides of chicken strip should get coated evenly.

Finally put in the bread crumbs and and press the chicken strip. Make sure that all side got evenly coated with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.

Fry the chicken strip. Allow each side of chicken strip to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Cook till the chicken turned golden brown.

Repeat the procedure for all chicken strips.

Our tasty and crispy "Breaded Chicken Fingers" is ready.
