Ingredients for Batter Fish
- Fish - 1/2 kg (Flesh Part)
- All Purpose Flour - 1 to 2 tsp
- All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
- Backing Powder - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Soda Water - 1 Cup
- Pepper Powder
Preparation of Batter Fish Recipe
Clean the fish and pat dry them.
Mix chopped parsley, a tsp of flour and salt for fish in a plate or bowl.
Roll the cleaned fish on the flour mixture and keep it aside.
Take another bowl and add a cup of baking soda, baking powder, egg and pepper. Mix them.
Add salt needed for batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Now dip the coated fish in the batter and place it into the hot oil.
Bring the flame to medium and deep fry the fish.
When the fish turns golden brown, transfer to a serving plate.
A crispy and tasty "Batter Fish" is ready.
Tips - Batter Fish
Make sure the oil is hot before placing the fish into it.
Serve the hot batter fish with lime juice.
