Ingredients for Nimbu Pani
- Lemon - 1
- Sugar - As Needed
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt or Black Salt
- Water - 2 Cups
- Ice Cubes
- Mint leaves - 2 to 4
Preparation of Nimbu Pani Recipe
Take 2 cups of water in a bowl.
Cut the lemon into 2 and squeeze the juice into the water.
Then add sugar, salt and cumin powder. Mix everything well.
Transfer to a serving glass, add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve the fresh and energizing , "Nimbu Pani" drink, which is known as shikanji.
Tips - Nimbu Pani
Add rock salt if you are making for fasting like Iftar.
If needed we can refrigerate the drink before serving.
