Mango Squash

"Mango Squash" is a perfect summer time homemade squash drink using mangoes. Its a delicious and tasty drink recipe.

Ingredients for Mango Squash

  • Mango Pulp - 4 Cups
  • Lime Juice - 4 tblsp
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Water - 2 Cups
  • Salt - A Pinch

Preparation of Mango Squash Recipe

Wash and peel the mangoes. Cut them into pieces.

Grind the mango pieces to make a smooth paste.

Add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar in a vessel. Bring it to low flame until the sugar syrup becomes thick.

Once the sugar syrup got thick turn of the flame and allow it to cool for room temperature.

Now add 1 cup of mango pulp to the sugar syrup and lime juice. Mix them well.

Store it in a jar or bottle.

For serving:

Take a serving glass, add 1/4 glass of mango squash and 3/4 glass of water. Mix them and serve with ice cubes.

A sweet and tasty "Mango Squash" drink is ready.

Tips - Mango Squash Recipe

While serving garnish with mint leaves and add ice cubes.
