- Avocado - 1
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Sugar - 5 to 6 tsp
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Ice Cubes (Optional)

Chop the avocado and add it in a blender.
Add 2 cups of milk and sugar. Blend them once.
