Ingredients for Pineapple Pastry Recipe
- Maida Flour - 1 Cup
- Milk - 3/4 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Butter - 2 tblsp
- Cream Cheese - 2 tblsp
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
- Whipped Cream - 1 Cup
- Pineapple Pieces - 1 Cup
- Pineapple Juice - 1 Cup
Preparation of Pineapple Pastry
Take a bowl. Add butter and cream cheese. Whisk them well.
Add sugar and beat them again until the mixture becomes creamy.
Now slowly add the warm milk and mix well to make a fine paste.
Then add maida flour, vanilla essence, baking powder and baking soda. Mix them well until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
Take a baking pan and grease it with butter.
Pour the flour mixture into the baking pan. Spread evenly and bake it for 5 minutes.
When the cake is cooked well, let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Transfer the baked cake to a plate and it into 3 layers (sponge sheets).
Take 1 sponge sheet and apply fresh pineapple juice.
<>Now spread the whipped cream over the sponge sheet with pineapple juice.
Similarly place another sponge sheet as 2nd layer and apply some pineapple juice. Also spread whipped cream.
Repeat the above procedure to make a 3rd layer.
Cover the cake completely with whipped cream.
Place some pineapple pieces.
A delicious and mouthwatering "Pineapple Pastry" is ready for celebrations.
