Ingredients for Peach Ice Cream
- Peaches - 10
- Half-and-Half Cream - 2 Cups
- Heavy Cream - 4 Cups
- Sugar - 3 to 4 Cup
- Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
- Eggs - 6
- Salt - A pinch
Preparation of Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Take a bowl. Add eggs and sugar. Beat them well till it becomes smooth.
In a blender, add chopped peaches and blend them to a fine paste.
Add 5 cups of peach puree to the egg mixture. Mix them well.
Add 2 cups of half-and-half cream, vanilla, 4 cups of heavy cream, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture to a freezer canister of ice cream maker.
Freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
Yummy and delicious "Peach Ice Cream" is ready.
Tips - Peach Ice Cream Recipe
One cup of half-and-half cream means 1/2 cup of whole milk and 1/2 cup of single cream.
For more taste we can add condensed milk and whole milk.
