Ingredients for Paneer Kheer
- Paneer - 1/2 Cup
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Cornflour - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 3 to 4 tsp
- Saffron - 1 Pinch
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Pinch
- Pistachios - 7 to 8
- Badams - 7 to 8
- Cashews - 7 to 8
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
Preparation of Paneer Kheer Recipe
Soak 1 pinch of saffron in milk and keep aside.
Heat ghee and fry the nuts and keep aside.
Mix 1 tsp of corn flour in milk.
Then take a heavy bottomed vessel and boil milk.
Add the corn flour milk mixture and mix them well continuously in low flame for10 to 15 minutes.
The milk mixture will start thickening.
Add sugar and mix well until the sugar gets dissolves completely.
Now add the saffron milk and mix well.
Add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
Allow it to boil for 7 to 10 minutes.
Finally add cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
Refrigerate the kheer for 15 minutes.

We can also add condensed milk for more taste.
