Ingredients for Fried Ice Cream
- Vanilla Ice-Cream
- Egg - 3
- Corn flakes - 2 cups
- Oil - 1 tblsp
Preparation of Fried Ice Cream Recipe
First scoop the ice cream as balls and keep it in freezer for 1 hour.
Take crushed corn flakes in a plate.
In a separate bowl, take the egg white.
Now take the ice cream balls from freezer. Immediately roll it on egg white and roll it in corn flakes.
Freeze them again for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan to 190 degree C.
Now fry the frozen ice-cream balls for 10 to 15 seconds.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chocolate sauce and serve it immediately.
Delicious and tasty, "Fried Ice Cream" is ready.
Tips - Fried Ice Cream
We can add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder for a different flavour.
After taking out from freezer, the whole process should be done quickly so that we can get the perfect fried ice-cream dessert.
