Ingredients for Dark Chocolate Mousse
- Dark Chocolate - 300g
- Caster Sugar - 1/4 Cup
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 3
- Heavy Cream - 2/3 Cup
- Grated chocolate - 1/4 Cup
Preparation of Dark Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Take the dark chocolates in a large bowl.
Place the dark chocolates bowl in a double boiler on low flame.
Take a cup of caster sugar, a tsp of cocoa powder and eggs in a bowl and beat them using electric beater.
Fold the beaten eggs whites into the melted chocolates.
Take another bowl and beat the fresh cream until it gets soft.
Now, take a wine glass and pour the chocolates mixture in it and refrigerate it.
Finally serve the chilled "Dark Chocolate Mousse" with a spoon of beaten cream on it.

We can add grated chocolates over the chilled Dark Chocolate Mousse while serving.
