Ingredients for Coconut Sorbet

  • Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
  • Flaked Coconut - 1 Cup
  • Cream - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 1/4 Cup

Preparation of Coconut Sorbet Recipe

Take a blender and add the whipping cream. Blend it so that the cream becomes thick.

Add add 1 cup of coconut milk, sugar and 2/3 cup of flaked coconut. .

Blend them again. If needed we can add some more sugar and blend them again.

Transfer it to a container and keep it in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

Now our sorbet will be frozen out side and soft inside.

Transfer them again to a blender and blend it once again.

Again transfer them to the container and refrigerator.

Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour of before serving.

Scoop the sorbet to a serving bowl and garnish with flaked coconuts.

Authentic Thai special "Coconut Sorbet" dessert is ready.
