Ingredients for Coconut Milk Pudding
- Coconut Milk - 3 Cups
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Milkmaid - 1 Cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Almonds - 100 gms
Preparation of Coconut Milk Pudding Recipe
Take 2 cups of milk in a pan and add 1 cup of milkmaid and sugar to it.
Stir them continuously and bring it to boil.
Take another bowl and dissolve 1 tbsp of corn flour in 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Now add the dissolved corn flour to the boiling milk.
Stir them in low flame until the mixture gets thick.
Then, Pour in the remaining coconut milk.
Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
Add Almonds and mix them well.
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Finally, Refrigerate them until set and chilled.
