Ingredients for Cocoa Brownies
- Cocoa - 1 and 1/2 Cup
- Brown Sugar - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Eggs - 4
- Butter - 1 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Kosher Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
Preparation of Cocoa Brownies Recipe
Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Grease the cake pan with butter and spread some flour on it.
Take a large bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar and sugar. Beat the well until it becomes fluffy.
Add flour, vanilla extract, butter, coco powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Beat them again till the batter gets soft and fluffy.
Pour the cake batter on to the greased cake pan.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes. The cake should get bakes well.
Let the cake cools completely before cutting into pieces.

Tips - Cocoa Brownies Recipe
We can also add chopped nut like almonds, cashews, dry grapes for more rich coco brownies.
If needed we can spread some cream icing on the cake.
