Ingredients for Banana Bread Recipe

  • All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups
  • Brown Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Bananas - 2 1/2 Cups
  • Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

Preparation of Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and grease the baking pan with butter.

First smash the banana well and keep aside.

Take a bowl. Add 2 cups of flour, baking soda and salt. Mix them.

In another bowl, add butter and egg. Beat them well.

Add brown sugar and beat them again.

Now add the smashed bananas and whisk them well.

Then add the butter to the flour mixture and mix them well again.

Pour the flour mixture into the baking pan. Spread evenly and bake it for 60 minutes.

When the bread is done, let it cool for 10 minutes.

Transfer the baked bread to a plate.
