Ingredients for Eggless Apple Cake
- Apple - 1
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Maida - 1 Cup
- Powdered Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Nutmug Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 1 Cup
- Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Salt - A Pinch
Preparation of Apple Cake Recipe
First sieve the wheat flour, maida, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and nutmug powder. Take this in a bowl.
Wash the apple and peal off. Chop the apple to small cubes and add it to the bowl.
Now add the powdered sugar and mix them well.
Now add the water and vanilla extract. Mix well continuously.
Then add oil and mix them well. (Mix for about 15 to 20 minutes)
Take a baking tray and grease it with butter.
Add the cake batter to the greased tray.
Now, preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes. If you insert a tooth pick it should come out clean.
Finally, transfer the cake to a serving plate.

Tips - Apple Cake
We can add coconut sugar instead of normal sugar for a different taste.
To make it a pressure cooker just add rock salt to cooker and heat it and place the cake tray and cover it. Cook it for 30 to 35 minutes.
If needed we can add icing to the cake as you wish.
