Take equal amount of Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin and pepper.
Take a pan and heat it.
Fry each herb mentioned.
Allow them cool in room temperature.
Then grind the fried herbs.
Keep the powder in a dry air tight container.
How to Use Herbal Drink
Heat 1 cup of water and add 1/2 spoon of the herbal powder we made.
Allow it to boil till the water becomes 1/2 cup.
Mix 1/2 spoon of honey.
Drink 1/2 cup of herbal drink daily at morning in empty stomach.
