Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Oats

  • Oats - 1 Cup
  • Apple - 1
  • Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder -1/4 tsp
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tblsp
  • Water - 1 cup

Preparation of Apple Cinnamon Oats Recipe

Take a pan and 1 cup of boil water.

Chop the apples and add them to boiling water.

Add oats, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and sugar. Mix them well.

Allow it to cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

Then add 1/4 cup of milk and cook them. Stir them continuously.

Tips - Apple Cinnamon Oats Recipe

We can also add chopped almonds for more taste.

Our diet breakfast use skimmed milk.
